One10 Restaurant

The One10 Restaurant is located on Route 110 in Melville, NY. To help create a warm and safe experience a radiant floor heating system and a snow melt system were designed into the initial scope of the project.

Located in the mechanical room are 2-Laars Wall Hung boilers -model MFTHW-199.

The snow melt system uses a snow ice detector located near the front door that will automatically enable the system should snow, or ice starts to form on the sidewalk.

In the atrium were the radiant floor heating system operates, a tekmar floor sensor was used to maintain a comfortable feeling during the dining expierence.
