WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Providing telephone helpdesk support and product information to contractors, engineers & wholesalers.

Skills

    • An understanding and interest in technology
    • Good computer literacy including Excel & Word.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Good telephone skills, friendly and professional
    • The ability to communicate in an easy-to-understand way
    • Able to conduct general administrative duties to a high standard
    • Strong customer service ethics


      Full product training will be provided. Previous technical support or customer care experience would be an advantage.

Sales Engineer

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • ¬†Create and Develop long-term profitable relationships with mechanical engineers, contractors and developers.
  • ¬†Visit mechanical engineers, contractors and developers to ensure our products are successfully¬†specified.
  • ¬†Develop and grow sales in the assigned territory with existing accounts as well as
     new accounts.
  • Increase sales by securing new relationships and expanding sales with
    existing ones.
  • Become an invaluable technical advisor to the engineering, contractor & developer community from the initial design phase of a project through the commissioning of the project.
  • Identify and cultivate new business contacts and opportunities.
  • Maintain awareness of competitor activity.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively based on financial impact to the desired business goal.
  • Work with inside and outside sales and corporate personnel to meet customer needs.
  • Complete required reporting such as scheduling, target accounts, call reports,
    expenses, etc.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree is preferred but not required.
  • 5-10 years of HVAC experience is required; establishing client relationships in the local territory is a plus.
  • Must be self-directed and display strong initiative to complete goals.
  • Ability to promote our products and assist mechanical engineers and contractors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Conduct quality product presentations and meetings.
  • Highly self-motivated individual to obtain orders for the products we represent.
  • Excellent follow-through skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • ¬†Must exhibit superior customer service.
  • Strong PC skills and working knowledge Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
