In 2005 This 60-unit multi-use apartment house was constructed. Due to limited space available fo the mechanical room, the 4-Laars Pennant Boilers were racked to maximize floor space.

The domestic hot water is produced from the boilers feeding the 3-TurboMax Indirect Water Heaters. Tekmar controls were used to stage the boilers as well as a second control to modulate boiler supply water temperatures into the building based on outside temperatures.
