38 Rider Ave is a 65-unit apartment house located in Patchogue, NY. 

For over 50 years, the original steel boiler serviced this building. As the heating season was fast approaching Rich & Mike Levi of OSI came up with a solution to not only replace the existing boilers but upgrade to Laars Neotherm Hi Efficient Boilers.

This was a total mechanical room upgrade that included new boilers, TurboMax indirect water heaters, and a control system by tekmar.
